How did you come to be in Lovehatehero?

Scott: I had Just graduated College at the LA Music Academy, and was working in La as a studio drummer, and “Hired Gun” which is a fill in drummer for shows when bands lose their drummer. I was hired by LoveHateHero in 2005 to do a tour with them when they had lost their drummer. I saw a lot of potential in them, and our musical styles clicked, so I decided to give up making money as a drummer and joined the band full time! (Laughs)

Since Paris and Pierrick are the original members, do they push you around and treat you like shit?

Scott: No, but back in the beginning, if Pierrick had an opinion about something, Paris automatically agreed with him, out-numbering my vote. Then he lost his virginity and grew some balls (smiles).

You’ve been at this since you were like 12 years old. Give me a brief bio on your isiginsignificantical career. Where have you been, what have you done?

Scott: Actually Maris, it’s 7 years old, but who’s keeping track. When I was a teen, I was in a band that was produced by the drummer of System Of A Down, John Dolmayan. We did work with Columbia, and Immortal records, and I also did work with a Disney artist named Sheyna. Later I attended The LA Music Academy, and graduated top of my class in the drum department. I’m now In a signed band, endorsed by Vic Firth, Evans, and Zilidjain, and tour the world. In August, we’re going to Brazil.

What was it like working with Cameron Webb?

Scott: Great! I told him the drum sound that I wanted, and got it!

Do you find you have an optimistic view of mortal life, or pessimistic?

Scott: Definitely optimistic. I’ve had friends and family commit suicide, and could never make sense of it. There are so many simple pleasures in life that people take for granted.

Well spoken mortal. On your My Space page, you are quick to point out that you’re not gay, but you are fond of Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise movies. So my question is, if you were homosexually inclined, which one of the two would you want to have sex with the most? And why?

Scott: Definitely Tom. I’m A little narcissistic in a way, and people have told me I look like him, and…I mean, come on, who wouldn’t want to have sex with someone who looked like me?!

I would! I would! Have you ever stuck a finger in your own rectum, just see what it felt like?

Scott: I was once messing around with a girl who prided her self as being great at giving head.

Scott: She went down south, and it was pretty good, then she went a little more south to my boys, and it was alright, but then when she went a little MORE south and I got freaked out.

Scott: That’s a no play zone for me. I guess a lot of guys like that, but It’s not for me though.

That’s because you trusted your anus to an inferior, female mortal who didn’t know what she was doing – just like ALL female mortals don’t know what they’re doing when it comes to making their male mortals happy!…Grrr…So…last question. If you and the band were to brawl, who would be the last man standing?

Scott: Well Pierrick is a pretty big, intimidating guy and Paris is pretty strong. Kevin is brown skinned, so he’s got that going for him. But I work out regularly and was a wrestling captain in high school. I then started to train in Mixed Martial Arts, and love it…so I’m gonna be the last one standing!
