Native Station is an alternative rock band from Longmont Colorado. There are five mortals in the group. Their bio says their sound is often compared to Counting Crows or early Panic! At The Disco, but I’m not really sure what either of those mortal bands sound like, so I cannot verify the veracity of such statements.
I will say that if I wasn’t so intent on killing them, I might count myself a fan of the band. I’m particularly fond of lead guitarist Thomas Troutt and his emotive, improvised solos. They have a number of EP’s/Singles to their credit and last year, released their debut full length, MORNINGSTAR DRIVE. It is a polished collection of well-written tunes that are constantly playing in my lair beneath the grounds of Cheeseman Park. Once I kill the band, I shall steal and rework these gems into songs for my group…and say that we wrote them!
Also, I’d like to point out that their bassist Brett Cunningham is a cutie. He looks better now, since he cut his hair. He has pretty blue eyes and his ears kind of stick out. When you meet him you want to grab both of them and kiss him on his cute little lips, before you gnaw into his cranium.
I have renamed him Plucky.
